Living with gluten intolerance or allergies means being extra careful about what you eat. At our family-run kitchen, we use the term gluten controlled to describe meals made from gluten-free ingredients. We cannot claim to be completely gluten free because gluten ingredients are present in our kitchen. Still, we take many steps to protect your health and make dining with us safe and enjoyable.

What Gluten Controlled Means in Our Kitchen


Gluten controlled means that while we cannot guarantee zero gluten cross-contact, we use only gluten-free ingredients for these meals. We have a designated section of the kitchen and color-coded utensils specifically for preparing food for allergies/intolerance's. This system helps reduce the risk of gluten contamination.


For example, we have a separate fryer reserved for gluten controlled meals. This means your food might take a little longer to prepare, but your safety is our priority. We want you to enjoy your meal without worry.


Why Some Ingredients Matter More Than You Think


Many people don’t realize that common ingredients like vinegar can contain gluten. Because of this, we avoid using vinegar to polish cutlery or in any part of meal preparation for gluten controlled dishes. This attention to detail helps us keep your food as safe as possible.


Flexibility for Other Allergies/Intolerance and Dietary Needs


While gluten intolerance is a major focus, we also cater to other allergies/intolerance and dietary requirements. Most of our meals can be tweaked to suit your needs. Whether you need dairy-free, nut-free, or other allergy-friendly options, just let us know. We want everyone to feel included and cared for.
